Booking and cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy We respect that your time is valuable and we hope you understand ours is too. A confirmation email & SMS is sent out 72hrs prior to appointments, this ensures you have plenty of time to cancel/rebook at no additional cost. A minimum of 48hrs notice must be given prior to cancelling or rescheduling appointments. If you cancel or reschedule within the cancellation policy timeframe a 30% fee will incur of your booked treatment, no shows will increase to 50%. All fees must be paid before rebooking.
